Wow, what a horrible way to go. Bound, in a 55 gallon drum upside down, while hydrochloric acid is poured over you. What I want to know is why this guy isn't eligible for the death penalty? California seems a little weak in this area. Murder while in the commission of another felony, in this case kidnapping, is usually a death penalty case.
