Carter Says He Wants To Debate...Then Doesn't

Doesn't surprise me. This guy is an idiot who gave away the Panama Canal and botched a raid on the US Embassy in Iran during the 1979 hostage situation. He loves nothing more then to monday morning quarterback something and when someone comes up for a real debate, he backs down.
