Pakistan And Militants
Now that two "students" have been killed, Pakistan has no choice but to take a hard line against those who've decided that this would be a good idea.
"There will be no more dialogue," said Deputy Information Minister Tariq Azim. "It has to be an absolutely total surrender, unconditional total surrender."
Islamic law is very strict, and when there's a murder that happens, generally speaking, a death sentence is what follows. If they surrender now, they'll likely get a death sentence. If they fight it out, they'll likely die in the gunfight. Either way doesn't look good for them. Let's get some popcorn and watch the fireworks.
