Terrorism Suspects Are Doctors
Wait, liberals have been telling me for years that we need to get to the root of the problem of terrorism. They told me it was abject poverty and crushing sanctions that were causing Islamic kids to turn to terrorism. They told me all we had to do was give them money and it was sunshine happy land in only a few hours.
Man, they have egg on their faces now. It turns out that several of the suspected terrorists were doctors. You know, successful, "help cure the sick", semi wealthy doctors. So what are liberals going to do to spin this one?
Well at least I am comforted by the fact that one or more of the suspected terrorists was badly burned during their attacks and will live. I don't know if you know, but being burned is far and away one of the most painful experiences you will ever feel. The pain doesn't go away for a very long time and even if you do manage to survive it, you can have infections and all sorts of other nasty things that you wouldn't think about. Your skin is an organ that protects your body from outside nasties, and when that's injured or destroyed, all sorts of fun can begin.

You are the model of the conservative 21st century American. You believe torture to be necessary. Your understanding of other nations is viewed through the prism of American culture. You have created an invisible opponent in the form of 'liberalism' and 'Al-Qaeda' that allows you to direct your anger.
I believe torture to be necessary in the most extreme cases, yes. I do believe that if someone knows something a "ticking time bomb" situation if you will, I have no problems if people use advanced techniques such as waterboarding, sleep deprivation, uncomfortable standing positions, and heat and cold.
Why wouldn't my view be from an American cultural perspective? I'm an American. That's not to say that I don't get my sources from all over the world.
Is my "invisible" opponent Al-Qaeda just a figment of my imagination? Am I wrong for being pissed at liberals who want to down play a threat from a group of people that murdered 3,000 of my fellow countrymen? Am I wrong for calling them out on their idiotic ways of thinking?
These are the same people who were in charge when the threat was growing and yet did little to nothing about it. Now, once they've seen first hand how that threat has come home to roost, they want to brush it aside. For that, I apologize for nothing.

Torture is NEVER acceptable under any circumstances, what are we, back in the fuckin 1800s with the flagellists!? Even animals don't torture each other in the damn wild, they just kill to eat! As for 3000+ of our boys and girls in uniform dying from a "threat", what threat were those in Iraq to us when Georgie Asswipe and his Repugnican cronies sent them over there to die for oil in the first place under the guys of "emancipating the Iraqi people". Meanwhile President Retard is attending a black tie dinner where he jokes about not finding any WMDs while looking under a rug, behind some drapes, and under a couch. "Nope, no WMDs under here, I know they're around here somewhere." God you are so blinded and mentally skewed to right so badly you're going to get scoliosis. Get your head out of your own ass and look at both sides of the issue for a change!
