Right Wing Lunatic

Testimony ended today without a defense for Jose Padilla and I must admit, I don't have a clue what Jose's defense attorney's are thinking. There's a lot of evidence against Padilla, so I'm opening wondering if they are just saying "screw it" because they know their client is guilty as hell.

Perhaps they are thinking that they'll get a conviction and try to win on appeal. Either way doesn't look good for Padilla.
