The FBI has raided Thomas M. Tamm's home in an effort to find out who leaked information over the warrantless spying case to the press.

I must admit I'm a bit torn over this. First off, if he did leak classified information, he deserves to go to jail. However, if he leaked something that was illegal, isn't he protected under the Federal Whistleblower statutes?

I certainly don't trust Alberto Gonzales to be fair and follow the rules when it comes to anything anymore, so I'd feel much better if an impartial third party investigated this.
