Padilla And Others Guilty
On all counts. :) They face life in prison when being sentenced. I told you it was difficult to get around the evidence of an Al-Qaeda "job application".
Personally, I'd like to see the death penalty for a case like this. Had he not been caught, he could have easily gone on with his plans and murdered Americans. But alas, those are the rules, so he's going to live life in prison.
As a bright note, prison guards are pretty good at not giving a shit about prisoners whining, so you can expect Padilla to live in misery until he dies.
