Salt Lake City Mayor Needs Constitutional Lesson

I don't know what to say really. "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" really spells it out for me. For the President, Vice President, or any other elected official to be impeached, they have to have committed a "high crime or misdemeanor".

Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson doesn't seem to think so. He seems to think that the President and Vice President serve "at the pleasure of Congress". Well if that was the case, why use the phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors"?

If there were an impeachable offense committed, then Congress has the duty to impeach. There's been an effort in the Congress, but it has almost no support. Why? Well because there's either been no crime committed, Democrats have no backbone, or both. Either way, Democrats really deserve the beating they are getting in the public eye over this.
